(III) Discussion on the ontology of powers.
- Day 2-Ethics: (I) Review of existing ethical propositions. (II) Exploration of potentially relevant ethical doctrines. (III) Exploration of the scope of potential outcomes within the Playground/Powers paradigm. (III) Evaluation of III.a) importance, III.b) urgency, III.c) tractability, III.d) underassessment and III.e) underappreciation, of the question of large scales space ethics.
- Day 3-A/Governance: (I) Review of the agents shaping space governance, and the challenges of New Space/rising powers. (II) B/Discussion: (I) pertinence and modalities of a long term workgroup on large scale space ethics ? (II) Necessity to empower global governance/public awareness with the question ? C/Strategies: discussion on the strategies to achieve such goals.
